Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out.

Am I missing any other good stuff? I'm not actually sure if you can buff the poleblade as I never actually tried myself but it will stack if you can since Flame Grant Me Strength is a body buff not a weapon buff. Flame grant me strength will double buff eleonora's regardless though since it gives both phys and fire.
