My only silencer before that was my YHM Resonator. Great can and I love it but the Sierra 5 is quite a bit smaller. It’s fairly gassy like you mentioned but on the 11.5 it has an adjustable gas block so that really tones it down. The 13.7 has a vltor buffer system and it’s not bad at all. I get some gas to the face but it’s not overwhelming.
