So I took it to the Shop and they said that it only has 100 lbs of compression in one of the cylinders and it will be 3500 to 4500 to fix. That is ridiculous!My 01 GTX DI has a problem. For starters it often wont idle so to start it you have to give a bit throttle so you can get away. For that reason finding out the base engine is very important. 120 is low, 130 is ok, 150 is perfect. Fuel pressure is critical with a Di ski. At idle the pressure needs to be 97 psi for example. Out of the water it takes less fuel pressure as compared to the normal in water 97 psi.
